I am the founder of Leland Thompson Coaching LLC, launched in 2012 with a dedicated focus on leadership development and executive coaching. My mission is to guide leaders through their professional journey, enhancing their ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

With over a decade of experience, my team of coaches and trainers have cultivated expertise in assisting leaders and executives across multiple sectors, including technology, education, and retail. Our services extend beyond traditional coaching to include presentation skills and interview preparation, providing a comprehensive growth experience for our clients.

Before establishing my coaching practice, I gained extensive experience in leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies, including Apple Inc. and Gap Inc. My tenure in these organizations involved leading diverse teams and driving operational excellence, which has deeply informed my coaching philosophy.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in the community. I have served as a board member for various non-profit agencies, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Honduras, and worked with youth on leadership initiatives. I have also coached TEDx presenters, constantly evolving my lifestyle in health, meditation, and fitness.

I am a husband and father, and I enjoy hobbies that nurture my spirit, such as drawing, photography, acting, and cycling.
